Moreni Club Residence is the new Planex Invest’s project in Sofia.
Moreni illustrates best our respect for nature and our approach to building developments. Moreni concept avoids the standard orthogonal notion of urban planning, layout and buildings design. The site of 90 decares has a gentle slope to the south of Sofia Ring Mall and IKEA store. The built-up area of only 13 580 sq. m is exclusively residential, and the remaining 77 220 sq. m represent a park with a newly formed lake, rich, healthy landscaping, pedestrian alleys and an outer service drive (frontage road). The project envisages the construction of 38 single-family housings and 13 multi-family apartment dwellings with three-, two and one bedroom apartments.
There is a public rights of way for Moreni Club Residence for the future crossing of the lift route. It should connect the current starting point of the cabin lift to the future metro station opposite Sofia Ring Mall.
The cornerstone of our development planning is to make no alterations of the terrain but to let the airflow free, and to bring the subterranean river to the surface in the form of a large lake. We directed the traffic along an outer service drive, thus connecting the urban infrastructure with underground car parks for all apartment buildings. There would be no cars within the habitation area, i.e. no exhaust emissions, no noise or risk of car accidents. The residential green alleys network of 2.5 km encompasses sport lanes, walk zones and jogging stops such as outdoor fitness areas and playgrounds. The park-like environment is tailored to the terrain. This is the hallmark of all Planex Invest projects. The lush landscaping design of Moreni Club Residence creates intimacy, tranquillity and clean air, and attracts birds.
