Warranty Claim

Please describe in detail the problem you have identified in your property so that we can review it and take the necessary action.

Submitting a warranty claim does not constitute an acknowledgement of a warranty defect or acceptance of any warranty liability. Each claim is reviewed individually, based on the inspection carried out and the identified cause of the problem.

If the inspection establishes that the problem is not the result of construction and installation works or equipment and materials supplied or installed by Planex Invest Ltd., but has been caused by finishing works or alterations carried out by the client or third parties, modifications, improper use, mechanical impact, damage, or any other intervention after the property was handed over, the inspection visit will be charged at a rate of €130 excluding VAT per commenced hour.

The inspection fee will be charged only if the inspection establishes that the reported problem falls outside the scope of Planex Invest Ltd.’s warranty obligations.
